Everything has been quiet in Charleston, South Carolina since last week, when the nuclear terror drill Sudden Response 05 was scheduled. The large-scale drill that military personnel in Charleston had been repeatedly briefed on for a year was postponed from last Wednesday, August 17 to Thursday the 18th. Then on the 18th, a smaller-scale drill than what had been anticipated was conducted in its stead. NORTHCOM is now claiming "Sudden Response 05" is over. It may be that that's all she wrote for SR05.
