Based on his past legal reasoning in that he didn't have sex with M.L. when he inserted his sex organ in her mouth since only he was having sex and she wasn't, I would assume he would pardon himself and offer an explanation that would satisfy most Americans (at least Geraldo Rivera). It would depend on what the word "self" means, meaning that he would not actually be pardoning "himself." Since he would be acting as "The President" representing the Office of the President and the American People as a whole, and not acting as the private citizen William Clinton, it would be "The President" pardoning private citizen Clinton. Obviously "The President" is a different entity then Bill Clinton. Thus he would not be pardoning "himself". Get it?
