Hence, the united States Government through its tentacle - the Central Intelligence Agency - has been able to create the perfect warrior. The perfect assassin to "reach out and touch someone"...whether it is for international security reasons...or domestic security purposes. It is our opinion that - despite their most sinister of intentions - the Central Intelligence Agency cannot scrub the essence of a human being from their subconscious. They have never been able to successfully scrub away that subject's inherent sense of what is right and what is horribly wrong. Delta Force members, both current and retired, routinely experience guilt leaks. The subconscious will leak memories. Programming will force these subjects to mutilate their forearms (cutting) in the event of such leaks. This will generally assuage their overwhelming feelings of guilt over past missions. If such self-mutilation does not stop the flow of guilt, Monarch Programming 12 will generally cause that individual to cut off his index finger as "penance". If this activity does not stop the free flow of memories and the ensuing guilt feelings, the Delta Force member will ultimately commit programmed suicide. DELTA PROGRAMMING: This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. They are then ordered to kill that puppy. Level Three involves the killing of a homeless man. Level Four, or "graduation time", involves the killing of a woman. The woman "target" will not be foreign born, but American... Manuals used by the U.S. Army's School of the Americas between 1982 and 1991 appeared to condone executions, beatings and other...abuses, the Pentagon said in a disclosure that prompted renewed calls for the school's closure. The School of the Americas was established in Panama in 1946 to train Latin American military and security officers. The school was then moved to Fort Benning in Columbus, Georgia in 1984. The program has been criticized by some in Congress as a training ground for human rights abusers, but the Army says less than one percent of all graduates have been cited as committing human rights violations.
