Nixon? No, honestly. Never. But now I know that theory is out there.

The discussion began about a coup in general. That this one would be
based on subversive means is my opinion. **SIGH** I'm already on a poltical
discussion list and I'm tired of this issue. I didn't expect to find it on a
conspiracy list, and yet haven't been able to let everything slide by. If you
want to understand subversive.....look at Richard Mellon Scaife and the
Arkansas Project. Examine Starr's job-in-waiting at Pepperdine, examine
Starr's conflicts of interests (which he failed to point out, when asked,
before his appointment.) Look at Ted Olsen's involvement, and then watch his
"talking head wife" spin on news shows and on and on.....ad nauseum.
Why did Starr approach James Carville in an airport and "spout a shameful
tirade" against the President and tell him, "Your boy's getting rolled" in
1993, before Starr was even appointed as IC?
As for Paula Jones' version of events, I simply don't believe them. As
for his influencing the case....the Judge dismissed the case even assuming all
her allegations were true.
Are you concerned about Starr's alleged solicitation of perjury and
obstruction of justice in the GM case? 60 Minutes just did a segment on it.
Or is that just "liberal media claptrap?" Is outrage at Clinton blind? Or
does the "moral purity" standard apply to everyone? Sheesh. There are none
so blind .......

Howard.....that MUST be why I used so many "IFS." Any speculation about
the future is just that -- specualtion. Clinton's apointments have been
unconscionably delayed. I "suppose" the appointment of a VP, should the need
arise, would be delayed, too.

**SIGH**
