Well, while Schou is willing to fault Webb, I am not.  As far as I am concerned, The New York Times (Wen Ho Lee), The Washington Post, and The Los Angeles Times are simply mouth pieces for the Washington establishment, and their work is less credible than the EPA.  Remember the advisement that the air post 9-11 in New York City was just fine.  Schou is too, too kind.  Prudy
