Some "Mr. Cooper" has made public statements to the effect that he and
"several hundreds of other "victims" have made repeated complaints to
iname and hotmail about our emailing.

We don't even HAVE "several hundred" recipients on our email list (I
WISH I did though), and obviously, of course, virtually no recipients
have complained. Naturally, people ask to be taken off the list at
times.

Also, we never used either the hotmail OR iname accounts for mass
mailings; only as a return address. Therefore any claim by "Cooper" or
anyone else that there was even REMOTELY legitimate closure of these
accounts due to our violating terms of service regarding "spamming"
(which we do NOT engage in anyway!) is completely bogus on the FACE OF
IT. The TOTALLY ILLEGAL, ILLEGITIMATE and unexplainable HACKING and
"deactivating" of our primary ISP account is even more outrageous and inexplicable.

Conversations with administrators at both hotmail and iname have
confirmed these accounts were not closed by them in response to any "complaint".

I would say it's unarguable at this point that this "Mr.
Cooper"--whoever he is--has proven his own ties and connections to
extremely "covert", spooky and malicious intelligence agencies.
