Recipients-- Although the preliminary report on Kennedy's crash by the NTSB was not on their website last night at 11 PM Pacific time, it was posted there sometime this morning, July 31. The fact remains that the NTSB usually issues a preliminary report in several days. What took so long in this case? Why would there need to be anything "unusual" or out of the ordinary about their investigation of this crash? John Quinn
