I did a whois on CN.NET (that person's email address) and found that it was registered to the government of China. A generic title was used instead. However, the telephone and fax number remains the same and is incriminating. 0086 is the country code for China while 010 is the city code for Beijing. I doubt that China allows a free-enterprise web companies. So it is a likely bet that the administration contact is a government worker and a member of the communist party. Obviously, some group with the resources to monitor the internet made the change in less than eight hours. That's impressive. Regardless, THIS IS A TREASONISH ACT BY BILL LOCKYER. HE MUST BE REMOVED FROM OFFICE. DON'T IGNORE THIS IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN CALIF.
