your eyes for all to see in the front part of the code. Here is how they
tell us that the bill of rights is DEAD in the private law of theirs -

So the United States Constitution, not the constitution of the United
States of America is the slavery (XIII), 14th amendment (one man's
constitution), 15th (voting) and 16th (IRS). Nice constitution for the
sheeple.
Brackets in the law are for information ONLY or deletions. There ARE NOT
PART OF THE DOCUMENT. You can verify this by the government style manual,
legal secretary manuals, dictionaries, etc.
The Constitution, Northwest Ordinance of 1787, and Articles of
Confederation have the titles changed in USC.
They print this, make it "legal" and we must learn to read!!!!!!!!!!!
In Alaska, the document has been changed from "Constitution of the State of
Alaska" to "The Constitution of the State of Alaska". Note the addition of
the word "The".
