A recent conversation I had regarding the problems with our voting systems brought up the question of those "exit polls" that the news media claims to base their forecasts of winners of the various elections on, and I decided to put this question out to everyone on the lists I belong to, as well as individuals.
The question is this:
Have you ever participated in an exit poll at any time that you can recall?
A follow-up question to that would be, do you ever recall seeing anyone officially conducting an exit poll?
