Judge steps down from Wen Ho Lee case

NEW YORK, June 6 (UPI) -- The federal judge scheduled to hear
the trial of a scientist accused of mishandling nuclear weapons
secrets suddenly withdrew from the case Monday, the New York
Times reported.
