WHAT FIRST AMENDMENT?
Two Secret Service men visited Tom Adkins, editor of the Conservative
Chronicle newspaper, recently, to inquire about something he wrote. In
disparaging Clinton's embrace of a GOP plan for education reform. Adkins
had suggested that the president wear a "flak jacket" when he next addresses
a teachers' union group. If there was a real fear of violence, shouldn't
these goons have leaned on the union, rather than the messenger?
