Excellent ... now let's stay focused on the "fundamental justice" aspect
of Elvira's Story. "Fundamental Justice" is the exact phrasing from the
Life, Liberty, Security section of Canada's Constitution.

Elvira's Choice as it has been presented is that she is FORCED to choose
between sleeping in a moldy room and sleeping in a car. Both settings are
health and life destroying. Who wants to be sleeping in a car in Florida
when the next hurricane happens? Both forced choices are torturous. Even
the baddest convicted and jailed criminal in Florida could not be punished
in such a cruel and unusual way. But Elvira is not guilty of so much as a
jay-walking violation.
What does that say about "fundamental justice" in Florida, when an
innocent person can be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment and the
most heinous convicted criminal cannot? Do you see a political journalism
story here, Mr. Henderson?
Do you see how procedures like those in Elvira's Story can be used to
cunningly carry out extra-judicial executions in your country against
those who do not fit the "mould" of the New World Order?

Good point. You are a political activist with a broad agenda. You could
be selectively targeted for destruction and death by Bush and Bush because
of your political work.

You are doing first rate political activists' work which the political
oligopoly (= near monopoly) represented by Bush-Kerry-Nader cannot
tolerate. They cannot tolerate those who "think for themselves".
And since when did a NWO flunky like Michael Moore think for himself?
He only runs with what the same oligopoly allows. Even Nader's ecology
agenda has been muzzled and Moore knows it.
