The $1,000,000,000 procurement effort is the largest so far in America of the secret and known efforts to further the Illuminati's goals of a much more controllable and manipulated global economic system.The General Service Administration will be awarding 5 or more contracts that will last at least 10 years. All government employees will be issued a multi-use smart card which will incorporate and carry all types of biometric information and it will incorporate the digitized signatures of the smart card bearer. The smart cards will be issued first to Federal Government employees, who will take them without any choice, and then smart cards will eventually be "filtered down" to all other levels and areas of society in America and the rest of the world for absolute and positive verification and eventually they will be used to control anything and everything anybody on earth does through the use of one multi-purpose, biometrically-accurate smart card. Government employees will be using the smart cards to access and exit the predetermined and "globally approved" areas of parking, elevators, doorways, Big Brother-approved electronic purchasing, computer networks including those people allowed onto the Internet, access to bathrooms, files, and everything else that is considered normal everyday activities of a government employee.
