The undeniable problem here is... you could be next. The principals of
Constitutional Colleagues had their business meeting in Fresno raided on
Jan. 5, 1999 by approximately 40 deputies of the Fresno California sheriff's
office. 5 people were charged with felonies for selling Dr. W. Cleon
Skousen's Constitutional video's using a multi-level/network marketing plan.
This type of marketing has been used for many years by many successful
companies. The basis of the charges remain a mystery.
On May 12, 1999, Blaine Williams and Sharon Saunders, 2 of those arrested
and had their lives turned upside down were the guests on my television show
"Liberty and Justice For All" sponsored by the Washoe County, Nevada
Libertarian Party. Their entire "situation" is explained in the 1 hour show
and the part that is absolutely essential to American Liberty is that they
are determined to fight so that you may not have to.
Copies of this show are being produced now in an effort to get the story out
ourselves since the major media refuses to do it. It costs $8 to produce and
mail a copy. This is what we're asking for now. Secondly, after you have
seen the tape and know the story, we ask that you help with the legal
defense fund for these victims of yet another life and free-enterprise
destroying "Victimless" crime. Getting a copy of the video tape carries no
obligation and any amount from $1 on will help. We also ask that you copy or
pass the video on to other Americans. You and I cannot sit back hoping that
these present day legal abuses will remain isolated or go away. They will
only get worse. We also ask that you forward copies of this email to your
American friends and lists.
