Sell all your Fidelity Funds.....they are Bank of New York's biggest owner. And you think Bank of New York can get a big run up in profits and stock value as the drug money is pumping through for years and they had no way of knowing? Or the audit committee or the Chairman of Bank of New York? Even if it was theoretically to not understand how a billion plus in profits found its way to your door, why would you want management who did not know? I was a member of the board of directors at Dillon Read, in charge of a $320 billion insurance portfolio for George Bush, on the audit committee and board to try and save a large savings and loan, appointed to be part of the board to clean up the First American/BCCI mess, asked by Nick Brady to become governor of the Federal Reserve and appointed through Sununu by George Bush to be a member of the board of Sallie Mae and built and ran an investment bank and broker dealer as Chairman of the Board that consumated over $12 billion of transactions. The chairman of the Bank of New York makes about $10 million and year and has a backlog of stock options. He knows where every cent is coming from. AND.....you notice he has not offered to pay back his bonus relating to the laundered portion of his income/BONY bank income. Who says crime does not pay? The members of this list have more power to influence the stock market than you can possibly imagine.
