1. Increasing Taos Hum Reports
In the past week we at the SGRA have received over 7 reports from hearers of
the Taos Hum. The Taos Hum is a reported low frequency hum which is heard
around the world by many people (called the Taos Hum for it's first reported
place, Taos, New Mexico). Many people believed that the hum from Taos was due
to an underground base in the area because the hum appears more mechanical
then natural. But we now know that the hum cannot be coming from an
underground base because it is heard all over the world. So what is it's
origin? Well, we still don't know that. We're looking at two main suspects
though. Right now the Navy's HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research
Project) and the Navy's E.L.F (Extremely Low Frequency) transmitters are at
the top of the list. We hope to be able to bring you more information on this
story as we get it.

2. FEMA Follow Up Article
In the past few weeks I have been following stories and publishing articles
related to FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency being the lead of a
secret government planing on taking control of the United States come the Year
2000. I have been asked by many to provide sources as to where I have gotten
my information, and although I cannot, and will not release all of my sources
I intend to give you enough that you will know that what I am saying is not
mearly paranoia or a plot against our government.
As I have said I feel that most of our government does not know about FEMA's
plans, or plans for the New World Order. They have either been kept in the
dark, or like most refuse to accept the possibilities that something like this
could happen by our government. We need to understand that our government has
done many things against the United States people without our knowing. From
FBI phone taps to FEMA, government agencies have long sense done things behind
our backs. And the fact that officials such as Congress are not aware of these
things is simply "Plausible Deniability." The powers given to FEMA were passed
through a Presidential Executive Order, which whether Constitutional or not
becomes law simply by it's publication in the Federal Registry. In this way
Congress is bypassed completely so that they may indeed not know what is going
on. Executive Order Number 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management
Agency and gave it it's various powers.
FEMA had one concept when it was created, to assure the survivability of the
United States government in the event of a nuclear on this nation. It was also
provided with the task of being the federal coordinating body in times of
domestic disaster such as earthquakes, rioting, ext. It's powers grow under
the leadership of people like Lt. Col. Oliver North and General Richard
Secord, the people behind the Iran-Contra scandal and the looting of America's
savings and loan institutions. FEMA has even been given control of the State
Defense Forces, a ragtag, often considered neo-Nazi civilian army. Though it
may be the most powerful entity in the United States government few people
knew about it until just recently. However FEMA is controlling of more than
just disasters. FEMA has crept into our personal lives each day. Even mortgage
papers contain FEMA's name in small print. FEMA was deeply involved in the Los
Angeles riots and the 1989 earthquakes. Much of the Black Helicopter activity
in the United States is flown by FEMA personnel. But most of FEMA's black
budget doesn't go to helping the United States.
FEMA's budget falls into the category of "black" projects. Those are things
like Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, Area51, and other "nonexistent" projects.
What is known is that FEMA only spent about 6% of it's budget on national
emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used to create secret
underground facilities around the United States which exact purpose is
unknown. One of these facilities is called Mount Weather, and rests in the
small town of Bluemont, Virginia just 46 miles from Washington, DC Other FEMA
installations are spread out around the US, the exact locations remain
unknown. Mt. Weather was discovered by accident by a group of hikers looking
for a downed air craft. The suddenly came across a 12ft. high fence with
barbed wire ontop labeled "Government Land." Much like Area51 in Nevada the
government would like to keep Mt. Weather buried in secret. If the public were
to know about it then it would raise too many questions about who is truly
running the government of the United States. The Constitution states that the
people are the ones who run this government. But the clear existence of the
Mt. Weather base changes all that. And the Constitution means nothing to an
agency like FEMA which possess the power to suspend Constitutional government
here in the United States.
So who's government is this? Is it a system run by the people, for the
people? Or is there an entity keeping it's head in the shadows which has the
power to take over the United states? Is this entity now gearing up for the
final show down, the final take over? Recent reports from inside sources
indicate that "FEMA will Unleash 1/2 million National Guard Troops against US
Citizens in response to anticipated panic, riots, pandemonium, looting, and
lawlessness because of the Y2K (Year 2000) Computer microchip crash." So in
fact FEMA will soon come into power over the United States. The scenarios
established to trigger FEMA into action are generally found in the society
today, economic collapse, civil unrest, drug problems, and especially
terrorist attack. All these premises exist. We need to look at this, and not
only look at this for ourselves, but spread the word, make it known to others
what's going on. It could only be a matter of time in which one of these
triggers the means that will bring FEMA into power, and then it may be too
late to change anything, because under FEMA plan, there IS NOT CONTINGENCY BY
WHICH CONSTITUTIONAL POWER IS RESTORED.

FEMA's Executive Orders:
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of
transportation and control of highways and seaports.
=>>EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control
the communication media.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical
power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food
resources and farms.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into
work brigades under government supervision.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health,
education and welfare functions.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a
national registration of all persons.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and
aircraft, including commercial aircraft.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to
relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to
be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads,
inland waterways and public storage facilities.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of
Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into
effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial
crisis.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to
enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial
support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all
aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and
assist the President.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal
departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued
over a fifteen year period.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to
develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and
distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money
in US financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also
provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress
cannot review the action for six months.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of
the nation.
General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a
1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection
of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and
military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as
well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to US opinion, or a
global audience in times of crisis."
FEMA's powers were consolidated by President Carter to incorporate:
the National Security Act of 1947, which allows for the strategic
relocation of industries, services, government and other essential economic
activities, and to rationalize the requirements for manpower, resources and
production facilities;
the 1950 Defense Production Act, which gives the President sweeping powers
over all aspects of the economy;
the Act of August 29, 1916, which authorizes the Secretary of the Army, in
time of war, to take possession of any transportation system for transporting
troops, material, or any other purpose related to the emergency;

I have also had the input of many inside sources both in FEMA and other areas
of the government that I cannot, and will not provide as sources to protect
them. However I would like to thank them for their help, for without them this
information would have remained locked away.

3. Congress Package
The SGRA will be sending Congress a package urging them to conduct another
UFO investigation. We are sending articles from around the United States which
we feel show the need to conduct another investigation. As most of us know the
Air Force's Project Blue Book investigation into UFO's was poorly written,
poorly thrown together, and left out many things which may have been the cause
for more investigating. We are also including any letter which our members may
want to contribute. If you have something you would like to send please E-mail
it to us before the January 23, 1999. We are sending the package out that day.
You need not include your name if you do not want to, but we do encourage all
members to participate. "No one can do everything, but everyone can do
something."
4. What's Going On Here?
We just received this from a friend and felt the immediate need to get it

WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE and the MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
FOUNDATION FDA ISSUING FOR COLLUSION WITH MONSANTO

I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE
on "ASPARTAME marketed as 'NutraSweet', 'Equal', and 'Spoonful"'. In the
keynote address by the EPA, they announced that there was an epidemic of
multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus, and they did not understand what
toxin was causing this to be rampant across the United States. I explained
that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject. When the temperature
of Aspartame exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts
to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic
acidosis. (Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants).
The methanol toxicity mimics multiple sclerosis; thus people were being
diagnosed with having multiple sclerosis in error. The multiple sclerosis
is not a death sentence, where methanol toxicity is.
In the case of systemic lupus, we are finding it has become almost as
rampant as multiple sclerosis, especially Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi
drinkers. Also, with methanol toxicity, the victims usually drink three to
four 12 oz. cans of them per day, some even more. In the cases of systemic
lupus, which is triggered by ASPARTAME, the victim usually does not know
that the aspartame is the culprit. The victim continues its use,
aggravating the lupus to such a degree, that sometimes it becomes life
threatening. When we get people off the ASPARTAME, those with systemic
lupus usually become asymptotic. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse this
disease. On the other hand, in the case of those diagnosed with Multiple
Sclerosis, (when in reality, the disease is methanol toxicity), most of the
symptoms disappear. We have seen cases where their vision has returned and
even their hearing has returned. This also applies to cases of tinnitus.
During a lecture I said, "If you are using ASPARTAME (NutraSweet, Equal,
Spoonful, etc.) and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting
pains, numbness in your legs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, headaches,
tinnitus, joint pain, depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred
vision, or memory loss-you probably have ASPARTAME DISEASE.!" People were
jumping up during the lecture saying, "I've got this, is it reversible?"
It is rampant. Some of the speakers at my lecture even were suffering
from these symptoms.
In one lecture attended by the Ambassador of Uganda, he told us that their
sugar industry is adding aspartame! He continued by saying that one of the
industry leader's son could no longer walk - due in part by product usage!
We have a very serious problem. Even a stranger came up to Dr. Espisto
(one of my speakers) and myself and said, "Could you tell me why so many
people seem to be coming down with MS?" During a visit to a hospice, a
nurse said that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Coke addicts, had
all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence.
Here is the problem. There were Congressional Hearings when aspartame was
included in 100 different products. Since this initial hearing, there have
been two subsequent hearings, but to no avail. Nothing has been done. The
drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets. Now there are over 5,000
products containing this chemical, and the PATENT HAS EXPIRED!
At the time of this first hearing, people were going blind. The methanol
in the aspartame converts to formaldehyde in the retina of the eye.
Formaldehyde is grouped in the same class of dmgs as cyanide and
arsenic-DEADLY POISONS!!! Unfortunately, it just takes longer to quietly
kill, but it is killing people and causing all kinds of neurological
problems. Aspartame changes the brain's chemistry. It is the reason for
severe seizures. This drug changes the dopamine level in the brain.
Imagine what this drug does to patients suffering from Parkinson's
Disease.
This drug also causes Birth Defects. There is absolutely no reason to take
this product. It is NOT A DIET PRODUCT! The Congressional record said,
"It makes you crave carbohydrates and will make you FAT." Dr. Roberts
stated that when he got patients off aspartame, their average weight loss
was 19 pounds per person. The formaldehyde stores in the fat cells,
particularly in the hips and thighs.
Aspartame is especially deadly for diabetics. All physicians know what
wood alcohol will do to a diabetic. We find that physicians believe that
they have patients with retinopathy, when in fact, it is caused by the
aspartame. The aspartame keeps the blood sugar level out of control,
causing many patients to go into a coma. Unfortunately, many have died.
People were telling us at the Conference of the American College of
Physicians, that they had relatives that switched from saccharin to an
aspartame product and how that relative had eventually gone into a coma.
Their physicians could not get the blood sugar levels under control.
Thus, the patients suffered acute memory loss and eventually coma and
death.
Memory loss is due to the fact that aspartic acid and phenylalanine are
neurotoxic without the other amino acids found in protein. Thus it goes
past the blood brain barrier and deteriorates the neurons of the brain.
Dr. Russell Blaylock, neurosurgeon, said, "The ingredients stimulates the
neurons of the brain to death, causing brain damage of varying degrees.
Dr. Blaylock has written a book entitled "EXCITOTOXINS: THE TASTE THAT
KILLS"(Health Press 1-800-643-2665). Dr. H.J. Roberts, diabetic specialist
and world expert on aspartame poisoning, has also written a book entitled
"DEFENSE AGAINST ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE" (1-800-814-9800). Dr. Roberts tells
how aspartame poisoning is escalating Alzheimer's Disease, and indeed it
is. As the hospice nurse told me, women are being admitted at 30 years of
age with Alzheimer's Disease. Dr. Blaylock and Dr. Roberts will be writing
a position paper with some case histories and will post it on the Internet.
According to the Conference of the American College of Physicians, "We are
talking about a plague of neurological diseases caused by this deadly
poison". Dr. Roberts realized what was happening when aspartame was first
marketed. He said "his diabetic patients presented memory loss, confusion,
and severe vision loss." At the Conference of the American College of
Physicians, doctors admitted that they did not know. They had wondered why
seizures were rampant (the phenylalanine in aspartame breaks down the
seizure threshold and depletes serotonin, which causes manic depression,
panic attacks, rage and violence). Just before the Conference, I received
a fax from Norway, asking for a possible antidote for this poison because
they are experiencing so many problems in their country.
This "poison" is now available in 90 PLUS countries worldwide.
Fortunately, we had speakers and ambassadors at the Conference from
different nations who have pledged their help. We ask that you help too.
Print this article out and warn everyone you know. Take anything that
contains aspartame back to the store. Take the "NO ASPARTAME TEST" and
send us your case history. I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of
aspartame, knows how deadly it is. They fund the American Diabetes
Association, American Dietetic Association, Congress, and the Conference of
the American College of Physicians. The New York Times, on November 15,
1996, ran an article on how the American Dietetic Association takes money
from the food industry to endorse their products. Therefore, they cannot
criticize any additives or tell about their link to MONSANTO. How bad is
this? We told a mother who had a child on NutraSweet to get off the
product. The child was having grand mal seizures every day. The mother
called her physician, who called the ADA, who told the doctor not to take
the child off the NutraSweet. We are still trying to convince the mother
that the aspartame is causing the seizures. Every time we get someone off
of aspartame, the seizures stop. If the baby dies, you know whose fault it
is, and what we are up against.
There are 92 documented symptoms of aspartame, from coma to death. The
majority of them are all neurological, because the aspartame destroys the
nervous system. Aspartame Disease is partially the cause to what is behind
some of the mystery of the Dessert Storm health problems. The burning
tongue and other problems discussed in over 60 cases can be directly
related to the consumption of an aspartame product. Several thousand
pallets of diet drinks were shipped to the Dessert Storm troops. (Remember
heat can liberate the methanol from the aspartame at 86 degrees F). Diet
drinks sat in the 120 degree F. Arabian sun for weeks at a time on
pallets. The service men and women drank them all day long. All of their
symptoms are identical to aspartame poisoning.
Dr. Roberts says "consuming aspartame at the time of conception can cause
birth defects". The phenylalanine concentrates in the placenta, causing
mental retardation, according to Dr. Louis Elsas, Pediatrician Professor -
Genetics, at Emory University in his testimony before Congress. In the
original lab tests, animals developed brain tumors (phenylalanine breaks
down into DXP, a brain tumor agent). When Dr. Espisto was lecturing on
aspartame me, one physician in the audience, a neurosurgeon, said, "When
they remove brain tumors, they have found high levels of aspartame in
them." Stevia, a sweet food, NOT AN ADDITIVE, which helps in the
metabolism of sugar, which would be ideal for diabetics, has now been
approved as a dietary supplement by the F.D.A. For years, the F.D.A. has
outlawed this sweet food because of their loyalty to MONSANTO. If it says
"SUGAR FREE" on the label-DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote a bill that would have warned all infants,
pregnant mothers and children of the dangers of aspartame. The bill would
have also instituted independent studies on the problems existing in the
population (seizures, changes in brain chemistry, changes in neurological
and behavioral symptoms). It was killed by the powerful drug and chemical
lobbies, letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting
public. Since the Conference of the American College of Physicians, we
hope to have the help of some world leaders. Again, please help us too.
There are a lot of people out there who must be warned, *please* let them
know this information.
