We are not in Florida as you are. For all we know, Elvira could be Mrs.
Emma Peel of "The New Avengers" living in a Tampa penthouse and riding in
a stretch limo. It is your story and only you can verify the details which
she asserts concerning HUD and its CAUSING of homelessness. The HUD URL
above tells us how concerned they are for the plight of the poor. Are
they? Elvira says otherwise.

Here is the journalism-worthy story if validated. She says she has
BEEN GIVEN A "CHOICE" BY HUD: Have her health destroyed by sleeping in a
moldy room or have her health destroyed by sleeping in a car. Would you
want to be in a car when the next hurricane happens? Why does HUD not
treat the mold?
Why is that news worthy? For one thing it is a PUNITIVE choice. That is
FACT (conditional upon validating the story). How would one describe the
punishment? How about "cruel and unusual"? Isn't there something in your
constitution about cruel and unusual punishment?
The most heinous criminal could not lawfully be punished as Elvira says
she is being punished. WHY is she being punished? More of your story ....

PS-Isn't this also a "right to life" story which reveals the hypocrisy of
right to life under a Republican Regime? Their supposed compassion for the
unborn does not seem to extend to the right to life of innocent black
women in their 50's who can be literally tortured to death by the ravages
of homelessness under the administration of a HUD Gestapo. Is she being
subjected to these life destroying conditions because of her political
activism?
