what he did re the pardon; but there are many other charges that can be

I was reading an interesting article in Fortune magazine about Marc Rich. Much of his
potential tax liabilities and potential Trading With the Enemy Act problems will
depend on whether he has been a US citizen for the last 15 or so years. If he has, he
has massive tax

Rabbi: 'Marc Rich pardon was bought'
NEW YORK, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- The head of the largest Jewish
denomination in the United States Thursday criticized Jewish
leaders who lobbied in favor of a pardon for Marc Rich calling it
a "moral stain"
