This seems due to QEMU bug, as also observed in
tests/lib/libc/gen/t_siginfo:sigfpe_flt, see:

Actually, these tests pass on
(1) VirtualBox, and
(2) real hardware under amd64 kernel with COMPAT_NETBSD32.
