IT Support Specialist (REF 16)
Job description : This is a full-time permanent position responsible
for ensuring a number of aspect of the networked computing
environment are maintained and operational. You will work in close
relation with the CTO.
Skills : Windows administration, LINUX administration, MacOS X
support, LAN/WAN, Desktop Support, IT Support, MSSQL, LAMP
Requirements :
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft Windows Operating System
administration and support, both server and desktop;
- experience with MacOS X Operating System administration and support;
- experience with LINUX Operating System administration and support;
- experience with internet related system administration and
technologies;
- support company-wide LAN/WAN;
- some knowledge of web programmation using Coldfusion or .Net;
- knowledge of a MSSQL administration;
- knowledge of LAMP administration;
- knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, smtp, pop/imap, http,
ftp);
- knowledge in IT security (firewall, proxy, VPN);
- provide user support and training;
- troubleshoot hardware and software issues;
- good communication skills;
- a strong customer focus;
- excellent problem solving skills;
- able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
- excellent judgment, especially when to escalate issues for resolution;
- must be able to lift 25 kg;
- bachelor's degree.
- fluent in french, good in english and dutch is an asset
