ITP libpipeline 1.3 0

Hi, I intend to package libpipeline 1.3.0. Libpipeline is a pipeline manipulation library required by man-db. See http://libpipeline.nongnu.org/ This is to prepare the packaging of man-db later. Man-db is an alternative 'man' package (http://man-db.nongnu.org/). Man-db is used by major Linux

POXIX regexp and i686-pc-mingw32-g++

Can anyone help me to use the POSIX regexp library (header regex.h) with the i686-pc-mingw32-g++ compiler? I've searched through google and I can't find any example of this. If this won't work, does anyone have a practical example of PCRE and this compiler? It seems that there's a 64-bit Cygwin
