My apologies for not being able to offer a patch. It's been
a *very* long time since I last constructed a YACC grammar or
action routines for one. I don't even know that the developers
will even consider this to be a bug. It's certainly not a
serious one.

able to figure out which version of Tcl/Tk the Cygwin source is based
on, either.

FWIW, some time ago I thought that setup was hanging regularly while
doing 'Install from a local directory' when the directory was on a network
share. Then on one occasion I started one such install and got
sidetracked for about 5 hrs. When I returned to check on this install
I found that it
Ntp looks like it might be a tough build under Cygwin, but you can get
ntp v4.1.71 pre-built for NT with a gui installer at:
