Hello, I've uploaded binary and source packages of version 1.3 of the GSL (GNU Scientific Library). This replaces the current 1.1.1 version.
The homepage for the GSL is http://www.fsf.org/software/gsl/ To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
