Both before and after the recent cygwin1.dll update I have had occasional instances where Ctrl-D fails to close down an rxvt terminal window and I am left with the terminal window showing $ exit and not shutting down. I have been unable to discern any common thread or activity preceding this

Anybody else? Same here. I am even ruling out any interference with programs I launch from the terminal. Last time I noticed, even running a couple of Perforce commands made it impossible to shut the terminal on exit. Also, during long ant builds I notice that the build would pause. My
