According to src tarball and CVS tags, recent cygwin 1.7 DLL releases still use newlib/libc/string/wcsncpy.c r1.2 from 2005-10-28. Is this intentional? CVS HEAD wcsncpy.c r1.3 from 2009-08-18 likely fixes this bug: http://sourceware.org/ml/newlib/2009/msg00812.html BTW: - CVS tag
