Where is gcc, don't see it in the setup list

I have installed cygwin about 8 times over a week. On the setup exe page under the DEVEl project I only see examples for gcc. I never get a chance to select gcc for installation and I never have gcc or c++ or g++ after an installation. What am I doing wrong. A constraint: I have to install

I just installed cygwin on Win2KPro, using the standard setup.exe off cygwin web site with the install everything (or so I thought) option. My trusty GNU C compiler is nowhere in sight. What totally obvious thing am I missing? Thanks. I found no mention of a separate download of gcc in the
