I've made a new version of gdb/insight available.
This version ignores Windows First Chance exceptions like the one that
has been discussed in the cygwin mailing list. These kinds of
exceptions are now cropping up for certain users of cygwin-1.3.3, i.e.:
gdb:unknown target exception 0x06d1
