toolchain. Yaakov is working on a 32 bit cross toolchain, but this
may take another couple of days.
Anyway, the latest 64 bit Cygwin DLL seems to be stable enough to call

I just uploaded a new 64 bit Cygwin DLL, 1.7.18-14. It fixes two
problems:
- getline and getdelim functions were not exported accidentally.
- The gets function crashed immediately after being called. The reason
was a piece of badly arranged inline assembler, which was ripped
