install)
I know Misc is used when installing from local directory.
So, should we not use Misc in setup.ini ?
As far as ccache itself is concerned, I believe it should be in Devel
and its setup.hint probably needs a requires: gcc line as well.

Setup.exe still tries to download/install the binary which is not there,
hence the Download Incomplete messages.
Setup needs to accept that there are source only packages.
I guess Robert is already aware of this.

P.S. Why is the contents of setup-2.218.2.9-1-src.tar.bz2 only an other
.
Could there be any problems with the combination UPX and initial DLL
loading ?
'objdump -p setup.exe' gives funny output for the import address tables.

The problem I reported earlier today on Setup 2.192.4.25
(http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2002-05/msg00070.html)
has been fixed by Chris in setup 2.192.4.26.
Many thanks for the quick fix.

different animals.
So I would like to ask 'the insight powers that be' to apply this
patch. It increases the stability of cygwin-gdb considerably.

I run autoconf myself I do not get
the 'cyg' prefix on the dll's and libraries but 'rh'. For cygwin I believe
the prefix should remain 'cyg'. Guess that is an autotool problem.

Win2K/NT/XP this segment violation creates havoc.
The segment violation occurs in PickView every time you change view
(Full/Category/Partial).
This probably should be continued on cygwin-apps.

a crash following.
While debugging this I could not compile the new mklink2.cc ( the
c++ version of the original mklink2.c). It seems three (address of operator)
have disappeared in the transition. Putting them back made the compiler
happy. Is this OK Robert ?
