Who, packaging has never been so simple... UCL ans UPX's Makefile already supports both cygwin target and no-cygwin target =) It needs STL's vector though and I never installed that in the mingw install dir. Shouldn't maybe STL be included in cygwin default includes? (or maybe in a separated pack
