As You know, nobody deign to answer so far.
According to the other emails i received i got the impression that at least
more than 50% of the people subscribed to this list could answer my question
within 1 minute without spending
Perhaps if you go back to the page where you undoubtedly discovered this
mailing list and gave more than 4 seconds worth of attention to it, you
might find a more appropriate forum for asking questions.

It builds OOTB.
On linux, this makes my cygwin builds so fast, that it almost seems
like I could get rid of dependency checking and just always rebuild

Firstly, I've added the core for rsync support. The librsync library is
not rsync compatible (yet). It is rproxy compatible should we add in the
