I would like to contribute and maintain the icu packages, which I need for the upcoming parrot-0.6.0 and perl6 packages. Notes: The package layout is similar to the latest debian. * http://packages.debian.org/unstable/libicu38 icu is just a tiny stub for the big libicu38. README and setup.hints
