Hi! ITA for qrencode (libqrencode) packages. The upstream version of qrencode (libqrencode) is v4.1.1 [1], now. It takes major update from current cygwin package v3.4.4. A new candidate cygport file is placed at [2] (but it is not tested on Cygwin AppVeyor CI, yet). And generated package files
