Builds fine from source, packaging looks good and setup.hint looks
almost good.

Actually, requires in setup hint needs dependencies on sh (bash) and tar
because of /usr/bin/gpg-zip.

Well, these kind of dependencies are not detected even with the cygport
build framework.
