Yes, this is mine, and I'm hopelessly overdue getting the release out of
test state. Hopefully it will come sometime soon now. Then again, I

and cygwin mailing lists.
You're still maintaining these, right? If so, could you look at them?

ImageMagick is missing two dll's which where deleted in the latest
xorg-x11-bin-dlls
