Thanks for doing this, David. I'm not sure what the protocol should be here wrt ChangeLogs. Danny had been updating the ChangeLog.cygwin-mingw. I guess it makes sense to use that when updating the branch with unapproved changes and to use the regular ChangeLog with changes that already exist
