is in error.
libplasma3-4.6.5-1.tar.bz2 is the one on the server @
ftp://ftp.cygwinports.org/pub/cygwinports/
The download that the list calls is libplasma3-4.6.4-1.tar.bz2
Would just renaming the one I have help?
