Actually the 4.3.0-3 list is empty, 4.3.0-2 beeing ok. Note that the Cygwin package listing website is broken for the XFree86-bin packages. The only version of XFree86-bin that lists is XFree86-bin-4.2.0-1 (at least for me). The most recent version, found at the URL below, has an empty
