using rxvt with other shells

Has anyone out there ever used the MKS Korn shell or any other non-BASH shell in the RXVT terminal emulator on Windows 2000? Mine seems to _work_ fine, ie. commands work and output from both intenal and external commands is displayed fine, but I can't get the shell to show me a prompt. Any help

Thanks for the input . . . Yes, I'm silly (or desperate) enough to be running a non-CYGWIN shell in a CYGWIN rxvt window. Some of our heritage application software depends on this shell. It's a long and ugly story. But, I found the problem, or at least a working solution. So in case someone
