I am looking for a version of RSYN to run on Windows 98.
It does not seem to be part of the Cygwin package (anymore?).
Where can I find a version of Rsync for windows?

Yes, is still a part of cygwin package. Do you use cygwin setup.exe? With
this one I can still download rsync.

Let me guess - you have logged in as a domain user, but your home directory
is /home/Administrator (or whatever the local administrator is named in
dutch...)
It seems that cygwin is capable of seeing all domain users and when running
'whoami' returns 'Administrator' instead of the domain user.

You're not supposed to launch startxwin.bat from a Cygwin prompt, you are
supposed to double-click the batch file from Windows Explorer or you can
launch startxwin.bat from a Windows command prompt (not a Cygwin command
prompt).
