FYI, I was able to build flpsed just fine. The actual hard part is
building a X11 fltk. The Cygwin packaged version uses win32/GDI an

is on a german keyboard (Toshiba Laptop - Tecra) after an upgrade to the
latest bash, XWin, coreutils and a rebaseall afterwards.
Everything is fine in a non-X bash window.
Any ideas how to debug this.
