Hi after a major upgrade
cywin-dll,bash,cygutils and a bunch more I've now got an interesting problem.
when running startx cygwin belived that i didnt have a home directory.
reason confusion about which "codepage" to use.
Username Administratör has a swedish char ö in it (o with umlaut)
