the original patch which is applied to Xwin-Test91-Debug is located in
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-xfree/2003-06/msg00136.html.
The message i have pointed to was an additional patch, which seems not to be applied
yet.
I don't know when this additional patch will be applied. Sorry.
