When generating Makefiles with latest xmkmf the resulting Makefiles have
some bogus entries. The most obvious
MANPATH = /usr/man
instead of
MANPATH = /usr/share/man
So without explicitly overriding MANPATH during make install.man they
end up in the old deprecated directory.
