I've updated the docbook-xsl package to version 1.62.3-1. docbook-xsl package contains XSL stylesheets for the DocBook XML DTD created by Norman Walsh and others. Note: This package is independent on the cygwin kernel, so it should work with both 1.3.x and 1.5.x cygwin kernel series. To
