sometime, not always, the first time I run the
Cygwin terminal the session is not usable
$ cygcheck -cd |grep general
grep: write error: Bad file descriptor
the only solution is to close the session
and restart the terminal.
It is just me and my AV bloda ?

- mingw64-i686-tcl-thread
- mingw64-x86_64-tcl-thread
- tcl-thread
This is meant for the Tcl-Tk "thread" extension.
