selecting next the select packages window appears having set reinstall
in the All Category (others default). Selecting next again crashes
setup.exe.
OS is Win7 64-bit.

setup.exe calls
'cmd.exe /c C:\Program Files
(x86)\CygWin\etc\postinstall\autorebase.bat'. This command fails because
of the spaces in the directory name. It would be great if the command
following the /c switch could be enclosed into double quotes and the
command would succeed.

When the option reinstall at the top level is selected then
setup-x86.exe responds with a message box titled Cygwin Setup and
message Download Incomplete. Try again?. Selecting yes runs into the
very same problem, no terminates Cygwin Setup.
Option install however works pretty well.
