The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to review the case of an Oklahoma death
row inmate who defense attorneys and the state's attorney general agree was
wrongfully convicted of the 1997 killing of an Oklahoma City man because
prosecutors failed to turn over critical information about their key
witness.
