The whole issue is hopefully moot if my new include scp in zip file packaging
works out. (So far, I haven't had any reports of success or failure from any
users.) However...
I asked if darcs works with mingw scp (or perhaps I
should say MSYS scp).

If I can get confirmation that this is true--that darcs won't work with a
mingw openssh (which surprises me), then I think I'd accept a patch that
makes this change for windows. But I'd prefer to get this confirmation
from one of our darcs windows developers (Will?).
